Bellissimo was created through my love of baking. Growing up as the daughter of a pastry chef my home was like a bakery, every week there were different cakes and pastries to try, not only did they taste fantastic but they also brought everyone together. As the cakes and pastries came out, the room was filled with excitement followed by silence and then lots of mmmm’s as everyone ate their cake.

 

As I grew older I began to host my own events and celebrations, this led me to start baking. I received positive feedback about the taste and quality of my cakes. I later realized that I had a love and passion for baking. I started receiving orders from family and friends and I have continuously kept baking.

 

It is so rewarding when you see children five years after you made their birthday cake and they can remember the cake you made for them in great detail with happiness and joy.

 

Life is so beautiful and should be celebrated with cakes, cakes and more cakes! so whether it’s your birthday, baby shower, christening or  your hosting a dinner party I will ensure that you receive a fantastic cake to compliment the day and bring everyone together.
